Faster, Sharper and Better – Samsung Galaxy Ace is here!

Threatening to dislodge the other Android based Smartphones in its competition; Samsung Galaxy Ace is here to stay for a long time. It is the latest addition by Samsung to its Smartphone range. This phone carries the hallmark of quality which everyone expects from a Samsung phone. Appearance wise, it does seem that this Smartphone may just be the one you are looking for.

Samsung Galaxy Ace

An Above Average Display and an Excellent Design!

It is very necessary to have a unique and sleek design to make the eyeballs rolling. The screen size is 3.5 inches which is slightly less than the other Smartphones such as a Samsung Galaxy player. A resolution of 320X480 pixels does not sound convincing but the display does appear good. Reading smaller fonts may be a problem, as the screen resolution is low. The display may not be as eye-catching as the others, it is satisfactory nevertheless. Another surprising feature is that, LCD display has been used in place of the traditional AMOLED display.

HTC 7 Mozart Review

HTC 7 Mozart

HTC provides something new in terms of design in the HTC 7 Mozart. This Windows Phone 7 also comes with an 8 MP camera. But does it live up to user expectations? Here’s taking a closer look.

HTC 7 Mozart Design and Quality

This device has an aluminum unibody chassis (also found on the HTC Legend) with three backlit capacitive buttons (Back, Start and Search) below and a earpiece above the 3.7″ Super LCD screen that has a resolution of 480х800 pixels. While the HTC 7 Mozart features the smallest screen among other HTC Windows Phone 7 devices, it makes up with the sharpest display. Colors come alive on this responsive touchscreen and viewing angles are better than they were on the HTC HD7. While the volume rocker and microUSB port are on the left of the phone, the two-stage camera button is on the right and power button and 3.5mm headset jack are located on top.

Samsung Vibrant Review

Samsung Vibrant Review

The Samsung Vibrant belongs to the Galaxy S line of smartphones, an Android offering that is a great multimedia device. This mobile phone for T-Mobile users packs in the following features.

Samsung Vibrant Review Design and Quality

The Samsung Vibrant comes with a simple conventional look as seen in the Galaxy S series, with rounded sides and a slim feel. However, the device has a plastic feel to it making it look like a cheaper device. The Samsung Vibrant has a 4″ Super AMOLED touchscreen of WVGA resolution with the four familiar touch sensitive buttons below the screen: Home, Menu, Back and Search. Thankfully, unlike the Samsung Captivate, this device has better backlighting under these controls so that they are visible in poor light. A 3.5mm headset jack and microUSB port are located on the top of the phone whereas the volume rocker is on the left and power button on the right side.

Samsung Captivate Review

Samsung Captivate Review

Samsung’s Galaxy S series bring out the best combination of hardware and software that can be found on smartphones. The Samsung Captivate on AT&T is no exception, being a powerful Android mobile phone with a splendid look (living up to its name) and some great features. Here’s taking a closer look at the device:

Samsung Captivate Review Quality and Design

The Samsung Captivate has a simple look with all sides of the black slab phone having a gentle slant. Its main advantage over the iPhone 4 comes however from its 4″Super AMOLED touchscreen. A bright and colourful display on this capacitive touchscreen ensures that images and videos come alive on this smartphone. However, the iPhone screen visibility is better outdoors. The sharpness of the WVGA screen resolution (480×800 pixels) also ensures that the text looks crisp. Under the screen there are four touch sensitive controls placed right below the Samsung logo. They are Home, Menu, Back and Search. While the left side of the phone contains a volume rocker, the right side houses the power/lock key. On top there is the 3.5mm headphone jack and microUSB port and the camera lens is located on the back below which is placed the speaker. This device is slim enough to slip into the pocket easily.
