N97 to land on UK this month, Nokia confirms

According to an announcement from Nokia, they are going to ship their much anticipated N97 cell phone this month in a large number of countries.

The cell phone giant didn’t provide many details and even the prices and exact date for its fully QWERTY 3.5” touchphone, as only a headline has just been published revealing that they have done with it.

But according to TechRadar, press office has confirmed that the new handset is going to hit the shelves at Nokia stores from 19th June with the price tag of £499.

People who are looking for contract deals, must be pleased to know that O2 to pick the handset from 26th of June.

Nokia hasn’t given the name of the regions in which the new miracle device is going to show it off. So, wait for some time to know about these lucky lands.

Nokia N97

Some speculations are there that the device is already available in Germany. It seems that Nokia wants to tie up the release with a really great announcement.

Nokia Nseries head and Vice President Jonas Geust says about the coming release of N97 that it’s Nokia’s big step to offer a great internet experience to its worldwide users.

With loads of applications, games, maps, media, music and other such things from Ovi, the N97 will definitely turn the mobile internet experience into really exciting one for  N97 users.
