FlimOn.com launches FilmOn TV service in UK

To expand its repertoire, FlimOn.com has announced a new service that is dedicated to TV. FilmOn.com is known as the leading on-demand video provider in the UK.

Alki David, the CEO and founder of FilmOn.com, says that this new portal will offer 2,500 channels of live video streams and it will also bring virtual cable TV to the people.

You need not to worry about if your broadband connection is somewhat piddly, as this new service can work on different variations and it is compatible with different players like Windows Media Player and Flip 4 Mac.

According to Alki, their new advanced search engine will help to trawl the web in searching publicly available channels that could be streamed and indexed in a simpler and more efficient way to find your desired things on FlimOn.com.

Sky News and BBC World are mainstream channels that you can get on VOD. Aside from that many channels are available in HD with a standard TV service.
