Toshiba 47ZV650U

Toshiba 47ZV650U is relatively cheap considering that it has a refresh rate of 240 Hz and has a sparkling accuracy of color. The TV also comes with many picture settings as well as a solid connectivity with one input for PC as well as four sockets for HMDI. The styling mechanisms used are also very efficient.

The bad side of this TV is that it comes with some unevenness of screen uniformity. It is also difficult to understand what the benefits of 240 Hz are. The screen is very glossy and this makes it reflect any ambient light that enters the room. The product type is LCD TV which comes in a diagonal size, 47 inches and has a Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 100,000: 1. Its price ranges between $1,373.00 and $1,699.00.

It is true that most of the problems that are linked with LCD and plasma screen TVs arise from perceptions. There is no reason why TV makers should not sell products which are of a higher quality more expensively. These new models have the ability to eliminate blurring through high refresh rates. Most of the LCDs in the market make use of the same anti-blurring effects and this is why their prices fall within the same range.

Under normal circumstances, we might find it hard the anti-blurring effects of many LCDs. But for those who are really bothered by blurring, the qualities that come with Toshiba 47ZV650U will definitely appeal to them. The most unfortunate thing though is that this model does not have the ability to overcome the black levels which are brighter as well as a host of other foibles that are of picture quality.

If you don’t mind the extra effect created by 240Hz, this model is worth giving a try. The model seems to share many features with similar models which are 42-inch and 55-inch. For this unique model, the main distinguishing feature is that it has broken away from the trend which has made all models to present a glossy black outlook. The frame that surrounds the screen is surrounded with a silver metal lining which fades into the black outer image of the entire model.

The silver color of the metal seems to take a background appearance as a transparent sheet. The silver cover is made up of squares which are so tiny that you notice them upon closer examination. They curve inwards beginning from the edge of the panel. This is a very complicated design that achieves its aim of achieving a distinct and attractive appearance. The ease with which the menu can be read is amazing but many options remain hidden at the bottom flat screen, making it difficult to operate the Toshiba without having to scroll too much.

The menu system being used by the manufacturer changed in 2008 and organization of icons became more visualized such that the layout is now more appealing and easy to get used to. Resolution processing and film stabilization are the most interesting features to use on Toshiba 47ZV650U.

Toshiba has been striving hard to cross the current barriers around phone functionality, and now it seems that time has come to reap the benefits of these long efforts and the company is quite near to uncover its next generation powered phone.

Many have noticed the glimpses of some of Toshiba’s concept devices during CES 09 that were quite staggering for some especially because of their awesomely user-friendly formats.

A techblog has also posted a roadmap for a complete product cycle, but the thing that is really exciting for lots of cell phone enthusiasts was a 7” L10 handset that will get its juice from fuel cell as well as run on Windows Mobile 7 if it is launched during next year. Another worth –mentioning feature of it is purdy WVGA touchscreen.

The TG01 is the other leaked Tosh product that is expected to hit the shelves later this year. It is the forerunner of the TG02 with an impressive additional water resistance feature. The TG03 has a 3 channel speaker with improved multimedia performance.

It’s not all about the TG series, as there are many other amazingly slim and full of features devices including the TG01 QWERTY-keyboard version for the TG01 that has been dubbed as the K01 this time with Windows Mobile 6.5 and 15mm keyboard.

The K02 is another device which will feature a 3.5” touchscreen as well as a QWERTY keyboard with outside keypad and small screen.

Toshiba NB100-128 is another slimmer in the fast paced netbook market, with a lot to offer and attract the customers.

Though it is ultra slim and can easily accommodate itself in to any luggage, yet it does not compete the looks of Dell Inspiron Mini 9 or Asus EeePC S101. Measuring only 225mm, it is feather light with a chassis weighing only 1.1kg.

Aimed at making it different, the sleekly styled netbook earns negative work experience with the congested key board lay. The small keys are not practical for the speedy typists; they do not provide a friendly environment and require more careful strokes. It is troublesome for the people with large hands and thick fingers.

Quite in contrast to the keyboard work quality, the screen display quality is superb. With an outstanding image quality with a display standard of WSVGA, resolution of 1024 x 600, and Super TFT coating giving a glossy touch is also remarkable. Display size is merely 8.9, which is quite small. The good quality of the glossy finished screen looks attractive and do not tease the eyes.

NB100-128 is unique on software grounds as it comes with office tools from Microsoft Work, and McAfee Internet Security Suite helps to counter the security issues that nag every computer today. It is also installed with various Toshiba applications.

Providing good storage area with hard drive of 120GB with 1024 MB Installed RAM, DDR2 SDRAM type, allows manipulation through large sized files. But to mention, it is not as speedy as most of the other netbooks. As per graphics speed, it has an average speed, but as far as office purposes are concerned, it is pretty slow. The video memory technology is supported by Intel GMA 950.

The common Flash formats are supported through 3 in 1 card reader. Toshiba NB100-128 facilitates the user with 802.11g Wi-Fi and 10/100 Ethernet for an average network connectivity. As a built in device, it has an integrated camera and a built in recharger.

Mobility is the basic selling point of all the laptops and netbooks, and to support it best battery life is an essential element. The Toshiba NB100-128 comes with a hunchback battery, somewhat awkward looking. Apart from its looks, it provides the best life with 6-cell battery, which is 253 minutes.

Available in a price of 300£, it is an attraction in itself coming with a year’s warranty.

The TG01 smartphone features a 4.1” touchscreen, VGA resolution and 1GHz Snapdragon processor. You may wonder that it covers all that in just one Cm thickness.

The thing that makes the TG01 the fastest device available today is its 1Ghz Snapdragon chip. For operating system, there is Windows Mobile 6.1 that definitely offers IE Mobile 6 and Office support.

The Toshiba TG01 will hit the shelves during the next two or three months.
