The Global Coalition against Child Pneumonia is an organization that cares for children suffering from pneumonia across the world, who are unable to afford the treatment. The Global Coalition against Child Pneumonia looks after children suffering from pneumonia and provides free treatment to those who are unable to afford it. On the 29th of March 2010, the Global Coalition against Child Pneumonia formally announced the commencement of the first Annual Photoshare World Pneumonia Day Photo Contest. The photo contest was initiated for the sole purpose about spreading awareness about pneumonia, the which causes a number of deaths annually.
