I love all these phones, they all look great.
Where’s the OrangeSan Francisco?
I’m still going to wait for the Nokia N8, that looks like a killer
and all are still playing second fiddle to iPhone 3GS (let alone iPhone 4)
Android is so far ahead of iphone os it’s ridiculous
The keyboards all suck on these. I love my Blackberry.
CNET would disagree with you on the EVO 4g. It beat both the iPhone 3GS and 4G. In fact, it is the current heavyweight champion.

nexus one runs android 2.2
How in the world did the Droid X get left off this list? It blows the original Droid out of the water.
This is a poorly written list. There’s outdated info here and a load of phones missing.
How can you miss the Orange San Francisco – a large OLE capacitance touch screen for just 100 quid on Pay as you go – and its 2.1. (its a ZTE Blade).
No Droid X? I love mine.
I have the Evo and it is superb. Can’t wait for the Nexus one.
Don’t forget to check out my blog!

lol this article is trending on digg too
Outdated. Agreed. Then again my Nexus One would beat iPhone 4 ATAD…
I am just going to pretend I read this article in July so its accurate. “Editor”, I don’t blame you for not using a name, I would be embarrassed if I published this as well.
i9000 is a SAMOLED screen, not WVGA
I think this article is not written by tech-savvy.
Processor – The bigger the better is the formula here. 1 GHz versions are the safest buys -> not necessary.
CPU clock is not everything.
The Samsung Galaxy S is the best to date!!!
The Samsung Galaxy S is the best to date!!!
It’s already dead.
For what could have been a great list/article, you really missed the mark
WVGA refers to the screen’s resolution, SAMOLED is a type of screen.
2.2 is an OTA update. It is “loaded” with 2.1. The article is *technically* correct. (One of the few things the article got right.)
Are you serious? Who is this “Editor” and when did they write this?
Like any “good” list, at least one of two things are done: either an obvious choice is excluded from the list, or an illogical choice is added to the list. (If the list is ranked, this poor choice is often placed higher than both popular opinion or objective reasoning would suggest.) Both actions are done in order to incite discussion – particularly outrage (a “shitstorm”, if you will). In this case, the Droid X, for example, despite being an obvious choice, is purposely omitted, despite the original Droid, which is no longer even current given the release of the Droid 2, being included. As such, following comments will ask in a rhetorical manner as why it was left out, and, potentially, anger or disappointment will ensue. This is the way of the Internet list.
I wouldn’t go that far, though I can’t understand why they left out the other awesome android devices like the Droid X or the Epic 4G, which, quite frankly, has one of the best keyboards on any phone.
Let’s see the droid was released in November 2009 and is this article trying to say that the moto backflip is a superior phone to the htc incredible. comical
HTC incredible?
The best Androids i ever seen and damn cool post, helps me a lot
You forgot the HTC Incredible!!!! the best android phones should be…. Nexus One, Incredible, Evo, Droid X, Galaxy S!!!!
Why is the back flip on the list???
This list seriously sux, maybe you want to double check tech specs of the phones before publishing the article and maybe trying to add something useful in the process.
BTW,with it’s hummingbird/SAMOLED combo the Galaxy S is the current king of the hill.
See the Google Nexus it’s $529 something to do with carrying what’s advanced innovative applications makes for a well organized person.
HTC Desire is good too, isn’t it? why is not included?…
thatt phone is a piece of shit
